February 22 -Project 365 - From One End to the Other...
...this is the view from the back/west door...entry/stairwell/kitchen/dining/front entry/living room...the whole south side of our home and it is all freshly painted...yay!...
February 23 - Project 365 - A plan came together...
...over the years I have added this and that to our rooms...it amazes me that since I was planning on painting this room a soft mossy green for years...that all the furniture that has been added with that thought in mind...ummmmmmm...yummy...it all looks so good with Aztec Brick...go figure...within these photos you will notice some of our lovely greenery...and it will always look this good...love fake plants...
...the ivy in the left of the above picture is real...and there is a miniature rose in the same pot...Bruce takes care of this kind...I take care of the kind over there by the speaker...or down below here on the end table and behind the recliner...
...take note also of the quilt ladder above...that would be the Debbie Travis towel ladder...and it works perfect right here...always wanted one of them...and yes the blue blanket will have to find another home...
...purty...purty...purty...the stripy pillow...winners...almost perfect match...the clock on the wall...winners...thanks Dave & Sharon...more plant thingys...michaels...my kind-a plants...o, and my mercantile bobbins...love'em...you can barely see the tops of them in the above picture...I have had them for years and they look so good right here...they used to be tucked in the corner on a speaker...
February 24 - Project 365 - Love this display...alot...
...again it amazes me how things can come together...this table was Angela's make-up table...I used to have the girls bibles on it in this corner...now they are in the wall unit and this is the way Sharon set this up...love it...some people just have the knack for this kind-a thing eh?..although she wasn't keen on my ceramic boots...but I wouldn't budge...love my boots and wanted them in the living room...so there they are...yay!..
February 25 - Project 365 - Fresh but lacking the tidy...
...so this is like the end of the fresh paint tour...notice the greenery...that is also one of mine...the countertops...we are just now deciding what to go with...dark or light...any opinions are welcome...
...this backside of the cupboards is going to have an extended countertop...we have always thought this would be cool to have a ledge and stools here...so that may just be some photos in upcoming posts...then the flooring...really unsure there...maybe we'll put that off till next winter...
